Rhonda Gaydos, CPA | Partner

Ms. Gaydos has 28 years of corporate accounting and management experience specializing in the government contracting industry.  Her experience is specialized in financial compliance solutions for government contractors and assisting clients in the use of Unanet, QuickBooks, and Deltek CostPoint software.

She has served in financial management positions with several regional federal contractors, has extensive experience in the management of all accounting and finance functions and has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities of accounting for this unique market.  Her experience includes set-up, direction, and management of accounting departments for government contracting firms with revenues from $1 million to $50 million annually.

She has a proven record of developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and controls that have improved department efficiency, and increased data reliability.  Hands-on manager with expertise in month and year-end closings that includes the generation of financial statements, development of new cost structures, and interaction with external, DCAA and other agency auditors.  She has significant experience in financial and strategic business planning, preparation of complete DCAA cost submissions, and financial schedules for annual accounting review by outside CPA firm.

Rhonda holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is a licensed CPA in Virginia.
